This quiet holiday home CASA LUCKA is divided into 2 residential units one above the other, each with its own entrance. It is fully fenced with high walls on the street side so that security is guaranteed. There is a spacious parking for 2 to 3 cars. It has a spacious secure bicycle shed, which can be entered without stairs via the parking lot, in which at least 12 bicycles can be placed.

At the height of CASA LUCKA's lowest residential unit, I can use a solar-heated swimming pool of 8 x 4 m, with a cover via remote control.

On the side of the house, there is space to enjoy a glass of cava while reading a book.

On the floor below of CASA LUCKA you can use a large sun-oriented terrace with electronically operated awning and a view of the valley and the mountains. Here is also a large wooden dining table with enough chairs for breakfast or dinner together, after which you can relax or dream away in the reclining seats on a green carpet.
